DecoArt Media Misters are professional grade misters containing heavily concentrated pigments that can be used alone or over other products.  Misters can be used  with or without stencils and masking materials to create unique cards, art journal pages, and background washes. Best used on porous surfaces or over Media Fluid Acrylics. Mist directly onto surfaces or mist over stencils and masks.
