Cosmic Shimmer Pixie Burst Cut Grass.  Cosmic Shimmer Pixie Burst is an intense dry powder mix for creating bursts of multi-colored effects on any porous surface. Gently tap the powder onto wet card, use with a wet brush or sprinkle onto a dry surface and mist with water. Mix the colors together or add them to other Cosmic Shimmer products, such as texture pastes and embossing powders to create amazing effects. Ideal for card making, scrapbooking, water coloring, stenciling and much more. Bottle contains 25ml of product.
